The Fine Homes Photography team consists of skilled and experienced real estate photographers and videographers.
Doug Logan has been photographing real estate since 2011 and has photographed thousands of homes in Peterborough and The Kawarthas. He has been assigned to cover homes for real estate as far away as Nova Scotia.
Reg is a Certified Home Inspector helping home buyers make informed decisions on their home purchases since 2009. He successfully completed the AmeriSpec Home Inspection Training Academy as well as the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training program through Durham College. Reg is also Certified as a Commercial Building Inspector, having successfully completed the CDW (Carson Dunlop Weldon) Commercial Building Inspection course.
Reg completed the inaugural Home Flood Risk Assessment Training (HFRAT) course at Seneca College in 2018. This course, a collaboration with Seneca and Fleming Colleges and the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation, provides practical training for industry specialists who can help homeowners address the growing threat of basement flooding. Post-completion, Reg was asked to review the course content as the colleges prepared for the implementation of online education across Canada beginning March 2019.
He is currently an Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and National Certificate Holder with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspections (CAHPI). Reg is also certified by WETT, Inc. as a SITE Basic inspector and is recognized by Natural Resources Canada as an Energy Advisor.
