BANCROFT REAL ESTATE SEES STEADY GROWTH IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER

December 9, 2020 - The month of November demonstrated steady sales growth for Bancroft. While listings stayed on par with November 2019, the Bancroft area is seeing a substantial increase in both sales and average sale price.


“We saw a 5.9% increase in the number of home sales in November 2020 compared to this time last year” says PKAR President Chiarina Payne. “Furthermore, we saw a substantial increase in the average price.”


According to CREA statistics the average price of homes sold in November 2020 was $444,535, advancing 24.3% from November 2019.


CREA is reporting 26 new residential listings in November 2020. This was up 4% (one listing) from the end of November 2019. Active residential listings numbered 37 units at the end of November, declining 63.7% from the end of November 2019.
